Healing comes in multiple layers. When you are on the path of healing, you should be addressing mind, body, and spirit. In my membership, we intentionally focus on self-care. We dive into practices that can activate foundations of healing. We practice yoga, meditation, and breath work to ground your presence and restore life force energy. We look into your shadowy aspects that hinder you from becoming your greatest version. We discuss consumption habits and thought patterns. What you feed your body and mind affects your output. I offer recipes and food suggestions that can align your body to optimal wellness. I teach techniques to release limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. I am your accountability partner to help you reach your goals of success.

This membership is for 8 weeks. We will have weekly virtual consultations and healing sessions.

Ethereal Sol Healing is a healing modality to remove blockages in the body, mind and auric field. A combination of crystals and energy channeling is used to stimulate you to release and heal. Ethereal Sol healing relax your mind to a meditative state to ignite visions, light codes and mental clarity. Each person experiences will be different.
